As an insight oriented talk therapist my treatment approach offers a nonjudgmental setting to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. While offering support and practical feedback, I work with clients as they find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.
Blending psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral methods, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to help the client develop insight as they explore their personal histories and core issues. I work with each of my clients to help them build on their unique strengths to identify and achieve life goals, and to significantly improve their quality of life.
