Theresa Poensich, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in adult individual, couples and family psychotherapy.  She maintains a private practice in San Antonio, Texas.

With over thirteen years experience as a clinician, and a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University specializing in insight oriented, psychodynamic talk therapy, she is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are mental health disorders, such as Bipolar Disorder, Post Truamatic Disorder, and Depression.  In addition she has special interests in the areas of personal growth, divorce, family, and relationship issues, problems in daily living and life coaching.
